Job Overview

The Web Designer Developer will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Success in this position will involve creating websites that meet the needs of clients and users, while also adhering to industry standards and best practices. This role will play a crucial part in the company’s overall success by ensuring that our clients have a strong online presence and positive user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles, coding languages, and be able to work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for the website.
Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ensure the website is responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the website is functioning properly and free of errors.
Implement and maintain website security measures to protect against cyber threats and attacks.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends and technologies.
Optimize website performance by improving page load speed and minimizing file sizes.
Collaborate with other team members, such as graphic designers and content creators, to ensure a cohesive and consistent website design.
Provide ongoing website maintenance and support, including troubleshooting and fixing issues as they arise.
Monitor website analytics and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance and user experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
Experience with web design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
