Job Overview

The Struts (Java) Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the Struts framework. Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java and web development.
  • Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
Qualifications
  1. Strong knowledge of Java programming language and its frameworks, particularly Struts.
  2. Experience in developing web applications using Struts framework.
  3. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
  4. Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
  5. Experience in working with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
  6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
