Job Overview

The Magento Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s e-commerce website using Magento. The successful candidate will have experience in Magento development, including custom module development and theme customization. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Magento websites and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues with Magento websites and applications.
  • Optimize website performance and ensure scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with Magento updates and new features.
  • Implement and customize Magento extensions and modules.
  • Integrate Magento with third-party systems and APIs.
  • Develop and maintain custom Magento themes.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Document technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Test and deploy Magento websites and applications.

Qualifications
  1. Strong knowledge of Magento platform and its architecture
  2. Experience in developing and customizing Magento themes and extensions
  3. Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  4. Understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming principles
  5. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues in Magento
  6. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

  9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
